Il clima collinare, la salubrità dell’aria di questa regione e la ricchezza di antiche tradizioni norcine fanno sì che i prodotti Corte Marchigiana regalino sapori di rara prelibatezza e richiamino alla memoria l’atmosfera suggestiva delle tavolate in campagna. Bontà e bellezza dunque sono le doti rare e ricercate nel nostro ghiottissimo viaggio in questo paradiso del palato. Corte Marchigiana presenta tutta la norcineria tradizionale locale preparata con la sapienza dei salumai delle diverse zone di produzione: una cesta piena di tesori con una grande varietà di sapori. Il maiale è l’unico animale che restituisce tutto ciò che ha ricevuto durante la sua esistenza. È stato cantato, esaltato da poeti e scrittori come Lucrezio in “De rerum natura”, Apicio nel “De coquinaria”, Petronio nel suo “Satyricon”. La Corte Marchigiana interpreta al massimo livello il linguaggio poetico e gastronomico, utilizzando il simbolo stesso della cucina ghiotta, golosa e al tempo stesso sana, che “dà gioia anche ad un animo triste”, regalando ottimismo e voglia di vivere.
The hilly climate, the healthy air of this region and the richness of ancient Norse traditions ensure that the products Corte Marchigiana give flavors of unusual delicacy and recall the fascinating atmosphere of the tables in the countryside. Goodness and beauty are therefore the rare qualities that we mostly research in our delicious journey in this paradise of the palate. Corte Marchigiana presents all the traditional local norcineria prepared with the knowledge of "salumi" (cold cuts) producers of the different areas of production: a basket full of treasures with a great variety of flavors. The pig is the only animal that returns everything he received during his existence. It was sung, exalted by poets and writers such as Lucretius in "De rerum natura", Apicius in "De coquinaria", Petronius in his "Satyricon". The Corte Marchigiana interprets at the highest level the poetic and gastronomic language, by using the symbol itself of the gluttonous kitchen, greedy and at the same time healthy, which "gives joy also to a sad soul", giving optimism and love of life.
